At Dinlarovia Editorial Ambiental S.L. (hereinafter, "Dinlarovia") we process personal data with respect and transparency, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and the technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the site.
3. Purpose
Newsletter data is used exclusively to send you the weekly bulletin with educational content on the environment, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. It is not used for any other purpose.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your express consent, given when you tick the corresponding box at sign-up. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention period
We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data within a maximum of 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@dinlarovia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Disclosures and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties or transfer it outside the European Economic Area, except where required by law.
